Local 135 Negotiating Committee was conducted this
afternoon, Monday, July 19, 2010, starting at 1500 hrs at the Local
135 Union Hall, 1233 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203.
"Big Mike" Swinson
and Mike Winegar attended as observers. Names in BOLD were elected to the committee.

Management has confirmed an
initial "meet and greet" with the newly elected members of
the Negotiating Committee on July 21 and 22 to begin the process
of trying to agree on some initial ground rules, dates to meet in the
future, discuss the "State of the Company," etc.
We're looking forward to
this initial meeting and are cautiously optimistic that this will
be a productive re-start to securing the Contract you all want and
deserve.
